Classes and Personal Training Six foundational kettle bell exercises (Dead lift, Swing, Turkish Getup, Goblet Squat, Clean and Press) are taught during two, 60-minute personal training sessions. Our group classes are smaller and our prices fair.
So our kids program was geared primarily towards homeschoolers and as such, I wanted it to have an academic component as well. With that in mind I created a curriculum that taught the basics of health, fitness and strength training.
After the warm up we’d gather all the kids for a 5-10 min “huddle” to go over the material. We’d discuss healthy eating habits, the benefits of exercise, how to be safe in the weight room, etc.

Most of my clients choose to join our Facebook community group for daily tips and accountability. While I do recommend you join the Facebook group, it is not required for participation in this workshop or in any of my online programs.
It is essential you are on LIVE as this is not just a streamed workout but an interactive online personal training workshop where I will be giving advice, corrections and support to help you to complete all moves safely and effectively. Any time you want to regain some control or get ready for an event or special occasion or just for ongoing support.
Just be sure to note any issues in the PRE Exercise Questionnaire you will be sent so that I may be aware of what I need to look for in helping you during the workout. As you continue your kettle bell training, you may just need to reduce the amount of reps and exercise more frequently rather than for longer periods of time.
