There is a countdown timer in the lower right corner of the screen so when the going gets tough, you know that you know how much longer you have to push yourself until you get a break. The music is selected to match the tempo of the workout and is a high energy rock and roll.
You can still hear my voice as you normally would if you choose the no music option from the menu. The video and sound quality are much better as a result of using a better camera, microphone, and editing.
The ocean waves and sea breeze are still audible in the background to provide that additional natural energy but my voice and the soundtrack music is more clear. Because of the higher intensity, however, the workouts will definitely feel long enough.

I know that the research indicates training in this manner works to burn fat and build muscle, but you need to feel it to believe it. Everyone seems to find the training very challenging, but in a fun way, which was my ultimate goal.
There are few things I enjoy more than getting in the sun and throwing some heavy weights around. If your primary goal is muscle building, I recommend traditional weight lifting using compound movements, but kettle bells are excellent for active recovery, mobility, and full body strength and endurance. Here are a series of workouts you can do whether you’re new to kettle bell training or just looking for something different to challenge yourself.
I will be adding many more workouts to this section, so subscribe on YouTube to stay plugged into all the newest stuff! 1 — The Man Maker 2 — Upper Body Blast 3 — The Leg Burner 4 — Hot Potato 5 — The Slingshot
I perform all 5 of these as part of one entire full body routine lasting about 35 minutes, but any one of them can be repeated several times for an amazing workout on its own. This is the fifth workout in Keith Weber’s Extreme Kettle bell series and is a very challenging full body routine.
It takes about 7 minutes to complete and can either be repeated several times or combined with other routines. Music Credit “Hot Heat” by Topper Moor and Alex Elena (YouTube Audio Library)
For beginners, the workout gives excellent instruction and the opportunity to take each workout individually until your muscles can adapt to the heart pounding, strength-building fury of the entire Extreme Kettle bell Cardio DVD. I also wanted it to be possible to do the entire DVD in one session by carefully distributing the load so a person would not have to quit because a particular body part was too fatigued to continue.
The only reason a person should be unable to complete the whole hour would be more due to a low lactate threshold and/ or difficulty tolerating the pain associated with prolonged oxygen debt. Also, some people I have talked to said they like to alternate between a heavier and lighter bell depending on their goals for that day.”
Start off with a series of challenging, hi-octane drills including thrusters, clean and presses, Overhead squats, Windmills, and finally swings and snatches. But Keith Weber shows us otherwise and ensures that his DVD is a true total body workout.
This workout encompasses a series of swing variations continuously superseded with the hot potato drill, allowing the hip and thigh muscles to recover slightly, while keeping heart rate up. The workouts include Keith's signature between the legs pass variation of the Slingshot, performed between sets of 2 handed drills including squats, overhead push presses, tactical lunges, thrusters.
These powerful core drills span from setups with the bell, crunch variations, lateral leg raises, floor wipers, Russian twists, partial get-ups for the obliques, frontal leg raises, until finally the respite of a brief stretching session.
